The MTR (Mass transit railway) is the subway system of HK, and it's also my favourite underground transit out of all the systems I've used in various countries. Although doesn't nearly cover as much area coverage as the NYC MTA does, the MTR is a lot cleaner and the stations have a much nicer vibe than the BKK MRT, but also a bit less hectic than the Tokyo metro systems. The stations also sell a lot of yummy food.
