We became friends out of nowhere, then we stopped talking, then we were friends again, then I don't see him for like four years, then I see him again... I try very hard to keep in touch with people, but sometimes I just lose sight of some. In the two years I've been gone from NY, Marc's gotten in touch with me a couple of times, and I really appreciate that... people who reach out, people who really care about their friends. Although I don't really know Marc very well, I can tell he's someone who doesn't take people for granted, and I'm grateful for that.
