Sarah is something that I was reminded to be thankful for lately, even though we really haven't talked in a while. When I first met Sarah we had a conversation about our respective life experiences, and how really, everything that we have come across has a lesson behind it. She's someone who really believes in giving "chances"--giving people a chance before we judge them, giving things a chance before we experience them, and most importantly, giving ourselves a chance and be more forgiving of our mistakes. Her voice, and her message had been echoing in my head in the last few days, and I am thankful for that.
